Has a 4” cover that is DRIPPED in prismatic powder “ Chicago lights “ powder. It has a billet compressor wheel, dual ball bearing and a v band in/ out turbine ( 1.01 ) it’s in good shape , some slight feathering on a few of the fins ( made 800 + whp ) due to using screen over pod filter . and is VERY expensive new !
